Welcome to PROZEE Techno Service’s page on how to secure your load correctly. Here you will find a detailed step-by-step plan to ensure that your products are delivered to the customer safely, undamaged, and in perfect condition.
Use rubber mats measuring approximately 20 x 30 cm to prevent metal parts from touching each other and damaging the paintwork. This can be caused by lashing straps or edges on trucks or trailers.
Level the floor of the truck well with the rubber mats. A curvature in the floor of the truck can bend the metal of the unit, which may prevent doors from opening or closing properly.
Secure the load with plastic corner profiles to prevent shifting. Other options are not permitted.
Do not slide the corner profiles past the red line; ensure that they are positioned in this location and are not pulled tighter than necessary.
If the product is not secured properly, damage will occur. If you do not follow these steps, you will see what happens to the product.
